Appalling customer service and delivery
Placed an order for 3 items Weds 6/7/22, following day told they were on their way….Still waiting for this delivery…Had one response to my 1st email saying they were going to look into it…3 emails to them later wanting an update and they haven’t acknowledged one of them…Customer service is appalling and delivery non existent…won’t recommend.

worse customer service. They Cancelled my entire order after waiting over a week for it. No communication or apologies. just cancelled with no explanation. I had contacted them to find out where my order is and they cancelled the order. very strange. and also, there seems to be no phone number to contact them on.

I love blue vanilla’s dresses , bought so many dresses since I noticed their store in blue water . My husband pointed out to me the dress was hanging in there which caught his eyes ,good quality and fast delivery

Very kind and helpful staff. Visited the blue water store in June and a very helpful lady called Amanda was so kind to me helping me choose the dress that suited me best. So kind of her , provided the service you would expect in such a high end retail shop. Will definitely visit again because of her! Thanks again Amanda

Where is my refund!
Where is my refund!! Returned items on 29th March...still no return. Have emailed proof of return...but 5 emails have all been ignored!!! Can someone sort this out asap!!

Bit concerned after reading the reviews…
Bit concerned after reading the reviews on here in respect of how long they take to refund a return. I'm glad I paid by Paypal because if they delay I will escalate it through them to get my money back. No reason why companies need to to do this there are others that do the same - they forget people won't order from them again I certainly won't after this.
NO REFUND
Very disappointed in recent dealings with Blue Vanilla. I have had reason to return a couple of items & the time in refunding me is taking longer than I am used to. This time last year you could return an item & within a couple of days receive an acknowledgment & the refund put through. I am aware of the 21 day policy for returned items to be refunded but I returned an item on the 8th April that I can see was received on the 10th & wonder why it’s taking so long to receive an acknowledgment let alone a refund. I am a very good customer as have made several orders in the past 3 years but recently their customer service has been very disappointing.

Been waiting for a refund for over a month for something I purchased mid feb. Awful communications and still waiting for my money back!!!

Definitely recommend
This is the first time I have bought from here. Didn’t pay express and ordered late at night and the parcel arrived 2 days later.
Astonished at the quality ! For the price I wasn’t expecting much. The fabric and fit if all the items was fantastic!!! I am a small size 14.
I would Definitely recommend and will be using again.
